  • When you reach out to us to start your social media strategy journey, the first step is to book a discovery call.

    During this call we get to know each other and we discuss your needs and goals. This is our opportunity to feel if we’re the right fit for each other and from our discussion we create a custom quote for you.

  • Once you decide we’re the girls for the job our first step is to book an in-depth consultation. This is typically done virtually but for clients in Toronto we offer in-person consultations at your place of business. This can give us extra insight into your day-to-day as a business.

    Typically, our consult call is building off of the deliverables we’ve already agreed upon in your discovery call. This call is focused on us becoming experts in YOU. We will come with all the questions we need to get a true sense of who you are and what you need. You’ll share with us key elements of your business, your competitors, brands that inspire you, etc.

    After this call we will perform an audit on your brand and current social media presence. This includes competitor analysis, brand positioning, and a visual audit of your profiles. The audit results and our recommendations will be presented to you during a call before we implement any changes.

  • After we’ve gotten to know you and implemented the changes to your existing social media presence, we start to build our strategic plan.

    This will include a breakdown of your content styles, post frequency, content pillars and goals/benchmarks.

    You will receive a full Social Media Strategy outline that you can keep and use for all social media work moving forward. Our team will use this document as our baseline for all decisions moving forward.

  • Your Strategic Planning document will have an overview of your goals, however we like to start with a 90-day benchmark plan.

    This will include benchmarks and KPIs for in-platform data (example: reach, engagement rate, video views) and business objectives (example: conversions, web traffic, ROI).

    After the first 90-days we will review which goals were met and adjust accordingly. This ensures you know exactly where you stand at all times.

  • Most of our Social Media Strategy retainer packages include Content Creation, particularly video production, due to original branded content being an integral part to any social media strategy. For clients in Toronto/GTA we offer in-person content shoots. For our clients outside of the GTA we offer pre-production planning and co-ordination for self-taping or third-party videography.   • Along with benchmarking and KPIs, we offer our clients monthly detailed performance reports. Our reports take a strategic response perspective by giving you an overview of performance as well as strategic recommendations/changes we plan to implement. We find that an iterative process for social media is the best strategy for long-term success.

    We also provide 90-day or quarterly benchmark reports to give you a full picture of progress.

Manotick Concerned Citizens Against Truck Traffic (MCCATT) came to us with a clear mission: reroute heavy truck traffic away from their small historic village core. Their challenge? Reaching and mobilizing the community in a meaningful way—both online and offline—to push for political and public action. All in less than a month’s time.

The Goal

We built a grassroots-style campaign modernized for the digital age. From bold branding that matched the urgency of the cause to storytelling through powerful community-driven videos, every element was designed to inspire collective action.

Our omni-channel approach included:

  • High-quality video content (filmed by a professional videographer & edited by us) distributed through Facebook and Instagram.

  • A shareable Change.org petition for quick public support.

  • An old-school email-forwarding campaign designed for seniors who rely on email over social media.

  • Print materials for local businesses and signs along the truck route to extend reach beyond screens.

  • Traditional newspaper ads and a final in-person community meeting to unite voices and review progress.
