The Full Content Creation Breakdown:

  • This is where the magic starts! We work closely with you during our onboarding process to get to know you, your brand and your content goals. This gives us a strong foundation to begin creating content that resonates with your audience, enhances your brand voice and converts followers to customers.

  • Our Pre-Production process is unique to each of our clients. You’ll receive a full content plan prior to your content shoot that will help you prepare for shoot day.

    This document will include a list of all videos we plan to capture, who from your team will be needed, and an overview of and purpose behind each video. This ensures we’re all prepared and your content shoot can be as smooth and effective is possible.

  • For all content shoots our team creates a clear shot list so that we don’t miss anything during the busy content day.

    For any scripted content we will provide a full script prior to the shoot day and bring copies of everything on the day of your shoot. On shoot days you’ll find Leslie behind her clipboard checking off each shot and keeping us all on track!

  • Your production day is pre-scheduled on a regular basis of approximately every 4-6 weeks depending on your content needs.

    Production days start at 4 hours and can be booked for up to 8 hours. Typically we can capture between 8-10 short-form videos in a 4-hour shoot.

    We will come to your place of business with all the equipment necessary to create amazing content.

  • Our editing is included with the cost of your content creation package. Turnaround times vary depending on number of videos, however we always aim for 7-business day turnaround. We will communicate delivery timelines with you after capturing your content.

    All of our content creation packages come with one round of edits. We ask that edits be given in one batch and not one at a time. This allows us to get your edits done in a timely fashion.

  • Your content will be given to you via Google Drive.

    Depending on your package we include captions, trending audio, posting schedules, etc.

    We store your content for the duration of your contract with us and for 90-days after termination of your contract.

  • We’ll reach out based on your content shoot frequency to book the next session. Typically, we provide 2–3 date and time options for you to choose from. If you have a special event or date in mind, we can usually accommodate it with a bit of advanced notice.

  • When you first reach out, we build a custom quote based on your content needs and goals. Most clients start with a content shoot every 4–6 weeks. Once we’re working together, we can adjust the frequency as needed to match your schedule, budget, and growth goals.

    We take on a limited number of retainer clients so we can ensure consistent availability and dedicated time for every content shoot.

  • Absolutely! Many clients choose to add extra shoots once they get going. If your schedule or budget changes, we’re happy to adjust and stretch your content further. We’ll work together to make sure your content plan stays flexible and effective.

  • Your content creation retainer includes a set number of videos each month, so you can choose what works best for you. Typically, a 4-hour content shoot yields 6–10 short-form videos ready to use across your platforms.

  • We primarily work with clients in Toronto’s core. For nearby GTA areas like Etobicoke, Vaughan, Oakville, and similar, we’re happy to travel.

    For clients located outside Toronto’s core (for example, neighbourhoods north of Eglinton or further east/west of the central core), a travel fee applies. Don’t worry — all fees are outlined clearly in your initial quote.

    For clients outside the GTA, we offer adjusted content creation services without an in-person shoot. Reach out to learn more about these options.

  • Our team comes to your business fully prepared with all the equipment and planning needed to get the job done. We ask that you and any team members included in the content outline block off your calendars for the shoot if necessary.

    You’ll receive a content outline at least 2 business days in advance, along with a calendar invite to reserve your time. During the shoot, we guide each video, handle all the details, and keep everything organized. We can also capture extra spontaneous content and edit additional pieces for a fee.

  • When your content is ready, we’ll notify you via email. All content is shared through Google Suite, including a document with videos, captions, links, and any relevant instructions. We store both your raw and edited content on our Google Drive for the duration of your retainer. If you choose to discontinue services, we’ll provide 90 days’ notice before any content is removed.

  • Yes! While our main service is content creation, we also offer social media strategy retainers that include light management for clients who want a more hands-off approach.

  • Costs vary based on shoot frequency, location, and the number of content pieces per session. Our starting price is typically $1,000 CAD + HST, which includes the shoot, editing, captions, hashtags, and more. When you reach out, we’ll create a custom quote tailored to your needs.

  • Yes. Retainers help us guarantee time for your content shoots by blocking our calendars for you. They’re flexible, but we ask clients to provide at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

  • No problem! You post at your own pace. When we start, we’ll discuss your desired posting frequency. Clients posting quickly can take advantage of trend-based concepts, while those posting less often receive more evergreen, branded content that performs for weeks after creation.

  • We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, though we try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Typically, we schedule your next shoot during your current session for easy planning, with flexibility for adjustments as needed.

  • Yes! Many clients request us for events or product launches. We provide light planning with basic concepts but also capture spontaneous moments, so you can enjoy your event while we handle the content. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

  • Traditional agencies often require long-term commitments and have higher overhead, which can drive up costs. We offer flexible services because every business is unique. Our goal is to provide small businesses with the same high-quality content that larger companies get, without the expense. Think of us as the closest thing to an in-house marketing team — without the cost of hiring one.
